Hi

We are looking at booking our one way tickets to perth in Nov 2010 and are contemplating one of the above airlines. We are also looking at a stopover in Bangkok/Singapore or KL for 3/4 nights. Any suggestions / thoughts are more than welcome

Cheers

We're planning on flying with Singapore Airlines in October, i've flown with them before and thought they were great.

We're also going to have a 3/4 night stopover, Steve which Pan Pacific did you stay at? There's 2 according to the website, the Singapore and the Orchid.

Thanks

and connected via a walkway to Marina Sq Shopping Centre and next door to Suntec Mall, so you don't even have to go outside - it can get a bit warm in Singapore

We booked with Singapore airlines flying 9th Dec and got 40kilos of luggage each. This is providiing it is the first visit to Australia on the visa ( Not allowed when visa has already been activated) and the flight is direct to Oz without a stop over.

Its worth looking into if you want to make use of the extra allowance. We booked with a travel agent, not sure if its acceptable with online bookings but the travel agent rang Singapore airlines themselves to confirm we were allowed the extra. x
