JayBone
We got a public notary (or notary public) from a local solicitor to do it, its what they specialise in. You will find them in the Yellow Pages, or ring a local solicitors It didnt even cost that much, £90 i think? and it came in a proper package with a wax seal on it and a red ribbon, very professional!! Hope this helps
