OH has a state sponsored visa application lodged but we like everyone else in cat 5 could be sitting here waiting for another two years. Our dilema is he has been offered the opportunity at work to move roles and do something completely different. It is such a good opportunity for him plus the added perk of more money but we dont want to risk our visa application. Is the work experience 3 of the last 4 years at time of lodgement or is it the time the visa is approved? Can anyone give any help on this.
