Petals
Glad that we did not get the hail on the Peninsula it has done so much damage. News states couple of people are in intensive care because they were hit with hail stones. Evidently some like cricket balls and others like golf balls. Millions of dollars damage. Its still raining on and off this morning here.
theonetruechris
Not surprised, I would have expected fatalities. We were in the car when the hail came down I thought it was going to go through the windscreen.
Guest golden grahams
wow! is all the kids could say on seeing the rain and the hail, i on the other hand was thinking something slightly more adult, the car now has 7 dents in the roof, (ouch) thanks to the golf ball size hail, but we got off lightly have heard people say that they now have to replace windows in either their houses or their cars, or both!!!! olly
I ran out and pulled my sun blinds down, thought it was better to have them divert the hail rather than my windows, I did get donged on the head by the hail while doing that though !
