lizzy27 Posted October 25, 2009 Share Posted October 25, 2009 with 457 applications if just will day 'being processed' & unless u ring your co then it stays that way until it's approved. Although sometimes a note will say 'info' received & that usually means they have got all the info theyve asked for & it's decision ready. Ours took about 8 weeks & we are in oz. On sep. 15 new legislation was introduced for 457's. So that cud delay cuz they wud of had to reassess ur app against the new legislation. It takes time, but they will let u know as soon as it's approved. Why don't u get the trn number of the spon. & nom app. and the abn number for the sponsoring company & u can check the progress urself online.
