They usually have people they can recommend and they often guarantee that you will get your rental bond back if you use "their" people. calNgary Posted August 10, 2009 Share Posted August 10, 2009 A bond clean is normally about $300, have a look in the local paper there are lots of company's about. To be honest unless the place is a bit trashed you may as well do it yourself,a bottle of spray bleach to wipe the walls down, clean the windows and hoover the running tracks and wipe all the kitchen cupboards out and you should be fine. If there is anything you've missed the agent will offer you the chance to come back and do it before taking any of your bond money.
