I just rang them.they saying the case is in queue for delegate decision.i asked them how long they gonna take more.they replied that its not in there hand.its depend where ur case is is may be 2nd number may 200.so all we can do brothers just w8 with patience.

No need to panic or impatient mate. There may be some genuine grounds for these abnormal delays, in meantime try to google the partner news of yesterday. so you can know what is running in oppositions mind.

Alhumduliallah,

I lodged visa application on 25 September 2016 and today (28 Feb 2017), just an hour ago, received interview call (after 156 days).

It was a 15 minutes call, and they asked questions regarding our relation, family, understanding, financial etc...

Seems like very slow activity..i have not heard any updates regarding grants by AHC ISL..does anyone have any update on any case?

By the way...where are all the posts gone? Why we have posts since 28th feb..

One annoying thing is that those who got grants in January and ran away without sharing any info.

Those who are at approaching the threshold peak, there will be good news in coming two weeks. :cool:

No updates form my side as well. I also think in a same way. I guess they have targets only certain number of Spouse Visas can be granted each month, all others are queued and granted in turn so that the entire quota cannot be exhausted at once. Hopefully will hear some good news in the coming week.

I guess they issued visas in jan and their was initial entry for them in march.so they would finalised them in march to activate their visa on entry first.so i m hoping end of this month we r in line.they would inshallah grant.

Nope, no.news from my end. I emailed AHC and recieved the same standard reply.. i really dont know whats happening, the last grant i noted was on 31 Jan..i have not read or heard anyother grant since that day..

Life is just stuck at this point where i have already arranged each and everything following the interviews and grants trend..

No news is also the good news, so hope for the best. I wish this batch of remaining october and november interviews will get grant this week or the next.

Its like a war with yourself. With new day new hope and new thoughts start coming in your mind. Honestly i was expecting everything from immigration would have done before this year. I made everything ready for new life. Bought new house, got seprated form friends and now in last 3 months living alone feel like i m living in a jungel where dark is everywhere. More then an year i haven't go back to Pak and keep waiting for good time in my life

Its frustrating,stucky& limbo situation.as we all knows that we dont have any option rather than wait.so why we are killing our self.best thing i suggest u to do join gym do joga. Try to keep ur self busy with healthy activity.and off course pray is the compulsory part of life.

So just randomly came across this forum, and the statistics are very depressing, I always assumed that Australian visas were easier to come across, most people who apply for immigration get it within 4-8 months. Partner visa's, well do they take their time or what.
