andywo21 Posted July 26, 2009 Share Posted July 26, 2009 Hello all, I was wondering I have been granted a 457 Business class temporary visa(4years). The visa was granted in Nov 08 and we were due to move to Melbourne in Jan 09. Due to the ressesion my sponsor has hit troubled times and we have not been able to go just yet. :sad: What will happen when we get to Nov 09, will we have to have more x-rays done to keep the visa going? or will everything continue without complications? The other thing I was gonna look at is changing my visa to the skilled visa so that I could work for any employer, the only problem is I have only been doing my occupation for 12mths (metal Machiniest) This is so frustrating:arghh: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
