Saying its not available:confused: My application has been submitted and they've took the money, just can't upload the documents. Diz Posted June 30, 2009 Share Posted June 30, 2009 We were exactly the same - it kept saying our password was not recognised. I emailed DIAC who told me it was not uncommon. They advised me to email all documents as attachments to the email address in our confirmation from DIAC ensuring none of the docs exceeded 1mb. Put your TRN number in the subject line of the email and the main applicants full name. They also advised that the attached file names had no spaces - use the underscore as a space between the words ( _ ) . We are still able to track our application on line and all our documents listed as 'required' changed to 'received' a couple of days after we sent them. Good Luck!
