We had stopped the PR process and got our documents back from DIAC (as advised by the immigration company doing them).:sad: Does anybody how long do we have to wait until starting the new PR process? lizzy27 Posted June 26, 2009 Share Posted June 26, 2009 it is true. To get pr you have to work in Australia for 2 years & at least 1 year with the company sponsoring you. What trade is your husband in? It's just we are in the same boat & couldn't pass tra because of pathway d being gone, but we discovered tra has another department & they assess certain trades based on experience alone but you have to be in oz to apply.
