mb_jg Posted April 10, 2009 Share Posted April 10, 2009 I have already applied for a family sponsored 176 visa in March '08 & since there has been no movement & now the indefinite timeline, I am thinking of going on the student visa to wait out the 176 processing period. I am aware of the cost factor & have sufficient funds to cover expenses comfortably. Overall, my brother is a citizen so I am not worrying about accomodation & the basics. assia Posted April 10, 2009 Share Posted April 10, 2009 The stdent visa application is quite simple but you do need to provide proof that you have a place on a course and the funding to support yourself.
