z&p
Hi, Can anyone help please? I am in the process of applying for a 175 visa and hope to include our 2 children in the application. My daughter is 18, and is in her 2nd year of A levels, and has been offered a place at university, which she wants to take up. My son is 22 and is in his 2nd year of university. He has had student loans and i give him money too. I wondered what sort of information you provided to prove their dependence on you. Hope fully you can help, if not is there anybody out there who can.
Guest chris_mac
Hi z&p Dependent children You must show evidence that a dependent child is one of the following: your natural (biological) child your adopted child a step-child from a previous relationship. You should provide a certified copy of each child's birth certificate or adoption papers. If your dependent child is aged 18 years or over, you have to prove that the child is more reliant on you than on any other person or source. Such as Letters from college stating still in full time education, Family tax credit payments still being paid (Still in education), a statement from yourself explaining the kids are still at home reliant on your support for food and clothing and basically anything else you can think of which supports your claim on their dependency. Hope it helps Best wishes Chris
