I had to be trade recognised 1st,we posted our 136 skilled independant visa app 1st week aug 07 so it took 15 mnths for our visa,,,,but i do believe things are alot quicker now, the tax return Qstion i aint got a clue but there are a lot of wiser people on pio who would help with that one,any hows good luck with everything..............................................
