<p>Meant to ask what your daughters surname is as my aughter was saying they would have been in the same year?</p>

<p>Barry left Glasgow when he was 6mths and his parents moved to South Africa and came back when he was 15 to Motherwell and then to Worksop, just south of Sheffield I met him when he was living and working in Leeds for the Halifax he is my toyboy he is 12 years younger than me and we have one boy 8, I have two older kids 24 and 21 who wont be coming over. We are all going over in 6 weeks - panic - so trying to get everything ready is chaos!!!!</p>

<p>Hi just noted you were originally from Glasgow so is my hubby, Sutherlandshire didn't appeal to us when we looked round and spoke to people via net horses for courses I always say never though when we get there and look may be different.</p>

<p>What does OH do? Mines an IT guy hope everything gets sorted for you looks though he may be going ahead if they want him there quickly</p>

<p>OH had had a couple more telephone interviews and he has one tonight that sounds quite promising, isn't skype wonderful, so its fingers tightly crossed, we just want to get things sorted and move over there asap. How are you doing everyone well etc?</p>

<p>We are waiting for our number from my OH 's employer and then we can do our bit, Hubby will be working central Sydney so we have been looking round Killara, Lane Cove, Lindfield and that area quite expensive though how have you found it we would be looking around $750 rental and to buy upwards of $800</p>

<p>Just a quick message noted you are going to Sydney on a 457 my hubby is also on that track how long did your 457 take to come through and as its a 457 you dont need a medical here and over there it is your health over there that will be considered I dont think they will go back that far. Where is Sydney are you going?</p>

<p>Barry used to work for the BT phone book in Dundee we think we may have to rent our house out as well the way the market is at present, also I have my moms house in the Midlands just putting that on market this week.</p>

<p>We used to be up and down to Scotland regularly as Barry has family up in Carmyle but haven't been up for ages and I love it up there especially shopping in Glasgow and a glass of wine sounds like a great idea.</p>

<p>Nice to have someone in the same boat to compare notes with. </p>

<p>Just about recoverfing from a trip to Hexham yesterday to visit my eldest and a meal and today a visit from my hubbys sister and family and out for a meal with them so relax night now when we ensure all his homework been done he was too excited Friday night!</p>

<p>Hi Jo you have just caught me in the middle of a dilema hubby just had a phone call last night regarding his 457 we maybe off to Sydney now not Brisbane:( I had done my research on Brisbane so now trying to look up on Sydney) but things could change over night and it may well still be Brisbane. Has your OH got a job sorted? Where are you based in UK</p>

<p>btw lots more opportunities in Brisbane and hubby looking for 457 so doesnt have to do RPL if he can avoid it got some possibilities waiting to hear back from a couple of companies, also better weather for my health</p>
