We have applied online and have not had any acknowledgment letter posted or anything. We can view our status online, receipt ect but not an "acknowledgement" letter. Is this right?? The Flinns Posted December 11, 2008 Share Posted December 11, 2008 Hi You should have got an email acknowledgement that has links to your document submission webpage and the application progress webpage, as well as some general information. I think that I recieved ours almost instantly, once we had submitted the online visa application. If you have not recieved yours then I would recommend phoning up DIAC as soon as they are open.
