Guest Susi & Ash
we are applying for a 136visa for my partner which shouldn't be too difficult to do. (going to adelaide) 3 questions 1) we are getting married in june. should we wait with the application till after we are married? or go ahead as soon as we can and just inform them of the changes? (will need to get a new passport and everything) 2) i am born in the EU but moved to the uk 5 years ago so a resident. will there be anything different for me if i apply under my partners skilled visa?? (i am aware that i'll have to get a police certificate from back home ) 3) we have 2 little children who are added onto my passport atm. do they both need their own passports? sorry  susi

ali
Hi, You may have to prove your level of English is it is not your first language. I know children who are UK passport holders are now required to have their own passports but don't know if this is true of other countries.
