My work contract is holding us up moving properly, though Daz may stay to get underway with his licences etc. We were going to either the Brisbane surrounds or Sunshine coast, but we're validating by visiting a friend of Darran's in Perth, and have a feeling we might like it there too, so at this stage we're not sure! Arrived Sunshine Coast July 08. Living in Maroochydore (Alexandra Headland), having a great time, despite a few teething problems. Top tip, don't buy a car with any sort of hail damage or rust! We are going to buy in the Maroochdore, Buderim, Alexandra Headland area, best spots on the Sunshine Coast buy a sunny mile. We are: Lizzie 34 - midwife (main applicant) Steve 42 - Distribution manager & HGV driver Hannah 16 Jack 11 We sent off for our PR 121 visa (ENS) on 3rd Sept and have got out meds booked for 8th Oct in Salford, Manchester. As yet, the employer nomination has not been approved (this was sent 5wks ago!!) but we're hoping that'll be granted any day now . . . fingers and everything else x'd!! We're hoping to be in Perth by the beginning of January and live in either Butler or Mindarie. Our house has been up for sale since Febuary but no buyer yet, even though we've dropped £18000 off the price are in negative equity even if it sells . . . . ouch!!
