WilkoPerth
Hi All! I'm planning on moving to Perth with my wife & two kids in November this year, how difficult is it for my wife to get a job on my 482 visa? or does it not really make a difference? She will be looking for part time admin/ Pa/ Ea roles, Thanks in Advance!

Employers know the visa is only temporary, and obviously they'd prefer to hire employees who'll be around for the long term. While you might have every intention of applying for permanency and staying for good, employers things don't always work out.
Quoll
Just as a supplementary, you are aware that you'll have to pay$4k for your kids' education? They waived it for 2023 but I see no waiver for 2024
