Visa Application 190 for dual Nationality couple

Hi All,

My partner is Swedish and I'm from the UK. We are applying through a 190 visa via myself. Dose anyone see an issue's with her being Swedish, that she cant be an "additional applicant"? she doesn't hold a UK passport either. We also have two children

Doesn't make any difference, as long as you can show you're either married, or de facto partners, thats what matters.

Makes no difference.

As mentioned, makes no difference, but be careful about what partner points you claim.
