Thanks The residency section you completed of your 2021/22 UK tax return ought to have told them that - but if they still send you a tax return to complete then you still need to complete it (even if the only part for you to complete is the residency section). Note that if you're one of those people who didn't have to complete a tax return every year (and so didn't lodge a 2021/22 UK tax return) then the Form P85 that you completed when you left the UK will have told them. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
