Kazza-x
Hi Was wondering if anyone knows what the likelihood would be for a “no further stay” to be applied to a tourist visa? Is this applied for all tourist visas or just certain requests or for specific reasons?
rtritudr
Since the March 2020 closure of international borders, the 8503 condition has been routinely waived for those onshore (if you apply). Of course this may change in future but that appears to still be the current state.

Kazza-x
Thank you both @paulhand do you know what the chances would be of being able to move my dad across with us permanently? Every visa I’ve looked at seems to have a waiting time of up to 30 years. Thanks

Thanks The waiting time for the contributory parent visa is about 15 years currently, however he could potentially come to Australia and then apply onshore. You should book a meeting with Paul to understand how that would work. Be aware that there are several downsides to applying onshore, as your dad will be on a bridging visa for a very long time. syd38
Hi Guys I've applied to 600 Sponsored Family Visa to bring my mother&father from Turkey. We applied to visa 7th December Exemption applied on 29th December and approval date : 4th January. How long does take to get visa ? Some says Immi might ask a Security Bond so how much that would be? When we're filling form we asked for 12 months hope we can get that?
