Thanks After AAT won , file will be sent back to immigration , immigration may ask few more documents like PCC, AFP , MEDICAL ETC , most of the cases PR will be granted with in 1-2 months after submitting all requested documents . Few members in this forum waited long to hear from immigration , don't know why AAT website says the following the Department of Home Affairs is responsible for implementing our decision. If you are in Australia and not an Australian citizen or permanent resident, your immigration status may change following our decision. If you have any questions about your immigration status, you should contact the Department. If there is a delay in implementing our decision you can contact the person who represented the Minister at the hearing. They should be able to explain why there might be a delay. Timeline applied for 186 nomination - 21/07/2017 nominations refusal -17 /06/ 2018 AAT appeal -1/07/2018 AAT hearing -29 /07/2020 AAT refusal nomination decision-01/09/2020 Appeal in federal circuit court -November 2020 DFAT withdraw their application from court because of factual mistake in decision letter - February 2021 federal circuit remitted application to AAT to assess it again -February 2021 now waiting to hear back from AAT again Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

187visa refusal Posted November 18, 2021 Share Posted November 18, 2021 Aat ask for document 10th September We submitted all document before 20th September (its a deadline for submission) My mara agent snet mail regarding my file last week to the aat Its a been nearly 2 month after submission of document Still haven't received any thing from aat Is it possible aat approve nomination without hearing??? State is qld And retail manager Nomination rejection reason was company can not pay next two year And it was 3 year after rejection of nomination Still I am with company and company paying me full pay Is anyone here same as me ???? Hi, AAT asked for documents in June, documents submitted end of July. Still no news from AAT. And recently I asked AAT for an updated letter for me to renew my Medicare but I still haven’t received it yet after more than one week. They sent me the letter pretty quick last year.
