W Jin Posted April 19, 2020 Share Posted April 19, 2020 You have to register MyGov first (needs email and mobile) and call Centrelink on the number listed in https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/contact-us/phone-us asking for a unique CRN number so that you could link your MyGov account to Centrelink account.
