Kingfisher
I’m 21 months into my partnership visa being processed & I travelled back to the UK without a bridging visa B (wisein hind sight) my BVA has been cancelled and I’m currently on an ESTA. Can I appeal, as I’m being told I can’t reinstate my BVA when my ESTA runs out. Is this correct. Any advice welcome.

MaggieMay24
If you Google "Apply to have bridging visa reinstated" it should direct you to form 1005.

For detailed information on the application process (if the infromation cant be found online as suggested above) it would be best to contact him (or other agents) directly to discuss their fees (which I'm sure are not excessive for what you describe). If you are not using an Agent you can find details on your ImmiAccount.
Kingfisher
Thank you all so much. The information I was given by an agent was so wrong. Now I can see exactly what I need to do. I’m going to get a better migration agent.
