Phone contract in my dads name . (Evidence)

I want to get phone records of proof of I and my husband calling and testing all the time and in the past years . Only problem is that my phone is in a contract in my dads name . It’s for me I use it and pay the bill but it’s in his name . Should I try to go to vodaphone to change the contract into my name or if I explain it’s my dads contract but I use it and pay for it etc should they be fine with that .

If the contract is in his name, you won't be allowed to do anything.  The only thing you can do is ask your dad to request copies of the bills and give them to you.

And show evidence you pay the bill. Maybe state why it’s in your dads name and not yours as that sounds a bit unusual.

It will matter less if you have other strong evidence anyway.  It isn’t the amount of evidence that matters so much as the quality and the fact it shows continuity through the period you are claiming. Evidence of living together or joint finances is better than pictures and texts.
