If you didn't hold your skills assessment on the date you lodged your application then the application is null and void. That's the rules. Raul Senise Posted May 9, 2019 Share Posted May 9, 2019 If you have applied for a 186 under the Direct Entry Pathway and you did not have a positive skills assessment at time of lodgement, then you cannot meet the criteria, unless you are a class of person specified by the Minister.
