ali Posted July 9, 2008 Share Posted July 9, 2008 Apparently there are a number of projects nearing completion by the anmc, and apparently one of them is the Development of National Standards for the Assessment of Internationally Qulaified Nurses and Midwives for Registration and Migration. I'm not sure what this means for overseas nurses (hopefully it will make the process even easier), but you can get further information or download copies of ANMC documents from their website: www.anmc.org.au There is also progress towards establishing a single national registration schee for health professionsals by July 1st 2010.
