SunCorp and other brand insurance companies (such as AAMI) in the group operate from there.

SunCorp (including its subsidiary companies) has its head office in Brisbane but all the other insurance companies are based in Sydney or Melbourne. JetBlast
SunCorp also has insurance offices in Sydney although it is a much smaller operation. They inherited offices from the acquisition of other companies such as Promina. I'm a bit out of touch with it so they might be phasing people out at these offices. Last time I looked, SunCorp's offices in Sydney were still pretty sizeable. But there are plenty of other insurance offices in Sydney anyway.
