My job is on the SOL so that isn’t my issue. We have lived in oz before but when we went last time both my children were young. Quoll Posted October 18, 2017 Share Posted October 18, 2017 Difficult to prove that an 18 year old with her own child is dependent upon you whilst living in a country with a decent welfare system even if the child's father is not with them. Also, would the child's father allow the baby to leave? Assume you didn't get citizenship the last time you lived in Australia? A reputable agent would definitely be the way to go.
