We submitted them via email to AAT on the 15/04/2019 same day NOMINATION got approved without any hearing. My Visa file sent back to IMMI on the 26/04/2019. Nomination and Visa applied 28 Feb 2018 Nomination approved 26 March 2019 Filed opened 20 April 2019 CO asked for Medical, AFP, overseas Police check and form 80. Submit everything within a month. They check each attachments again or they get any kind of notification after uploading. However when CO request any document its show us in messages what about if we send any email or attached documents? Please explain if anyone know the procedure. Thank you. Hi Mohammed, as for my Knowledge, if CO ask for more information, that CO will push your file to a Further Assessment team. That’s is another pipe line. So you just submit the document within the time period and you will be fine. After few weeks another set of CO’s will look into those files and see if you have submitted, if everything is fine, then they will process your file. Nomination file has been opened for one of my another friend as hairdresser in Geelong. Asked financial documents by case officer.
