187 Visa Processing Time

The last I heard on my application was last week Tuesday from my employer that immi wants evidence to prove that they meet the training bench mark. They were asked to supply all the information within 7 days. 7 day timeline finishes tmrw..

Could you tel me dis..further docs s asked by your co?. Do u got email dat ur visa granted or you check immigrant account igr. So Saturday als we may get grants..

 

CO asked to provide form 80 and some documents from my employer (evidence that I'm still employed by the business). I used an immigration agent, she called me on Saturday morning and forwarded me the grant letter, checked immiaccount today and it said "finalised". Yeah I was really surprised I got the grant on a Saturday, I lost hope for the week Friday afternoon so getting it approved on Saturday was a total surprise!

My employer forwarded the email to me and we gathered all the evidence that met the training benchmark requirements ie paymet of TAFE fees, PAYG of trainees and apprentices and all other evidence of expenses incurred on training local people. Hopefully all this information will be satisfactory for immi to make a decision.

People are allowed to have non australian names, but have never set foot out of australia you know. My partners name is English, first and surname, but his family have been here for generations.

Have done medical on 18-Nov and police check submitted 17-Nov. Document status is not yet received.

You have to have your positive IELTS done before you apply for your visa.

Thanks for your reply. My question was that is it normal time frame or do I have to chase the case officer? .

In further documents they only asked company agreement with head office. seems like they taking so long to read the agreement.

As u said CO might be on holidays. But how can they delay the work. Am going to apply visa tomorrow or day after. Strange that I have applied nomination in June and still struggling.
