Worried Person Posted July 10, 2017 Share Posted July 10, 2017 Hi I got PR( carer) visa few months ago. The problem is my sponsor started to "play" with me. I do not have any visa obligation but still I scared. Is that any problem if we live separated? I cant live anymore in this situacion. MaggieMay24 Posted July 10, 2017 Share Posted July 10, 2017 I'd check with a migration agent to see what risk there may be to your visa, but your first concern should be your personal safety. If you need to remove yourself from the situation, then do so. I'd also consider pressing charges and you may want to also inform DIBP in case the sponsor wishes to sponsor again in the future (assuming there's no limitation on sponsorship).
