Now i come to know that my restaurant comes in the regional area now. I can see on my previous nomination application it shows 186 TRT Non-regional. I would like to ask, should i have to apply again as a new application as a regional or continue wait of this current application? (I know, it'll cost me a lot of money.) Please guide me. It has been a very long wait, but I got there finally. I applied for job code 261112 - system Analyst. Working in Australia since last 3 years on 457. visa and nomination filed together by MA on 7th Nov 19( pls note that my medical & pcc done before filing application) Grant approved on 18th Nov 19. My timeline: Visa Nomination - I believe it was in mid September 2019 and approved in mid October 2019. I was on 457 to 186 TRT. Visa Application - 15th November 2019 with Police Clearance. Medical completed - 21th November 2019 Medical cleared - 25th November 2019. Visa approval - 26th November 2019 Occupation - Hotel Manager I was told by the company’s lawyer that it would be around 6 months wait, but I was so surprised to have it approved the morning after medical clearance.
