They will provide the Invoice for the English Education Charge once they have determined all the other criteria for the grant of the Subclass 186 Visa has been met. My Case officer told me that everythink is done your file is ready for decision. That's why he send me invoice and send nomination approval letter to my employer at the same time within 10 minuts we finish our conversation.
