Its a Lottery don't get too excited for at least another 2 months. Set expectations so it doesnt drive you crazy. People who are Jan and Feb granted are the VERY lucky 1%. I finally had my PR granted today 457 to 186 transition, HR country, Marketing Coordinator nomination 16th Nov 2015, Visa 17th Nov 2015, both approved today documents requested on the 27th of May (contract, payslips, annual leave records) submitted 31st of May 2016, approved today thank you for posting your updates and timelines and for all the support, this forum was one of the only things keeping me sane! Nomination application submitted - 8 December 2015 Nomination approved - 8 June 2016 (WA PESE) Visa application submitted - 18 March 2016 Visa application approved - waiting... 30Nov2015 Posted July 7, 2016 Share Posted July 7, 2016 I was asked documents on 1st of June, submitted all documents today - AFP and Police Clearance, after my MA uploaded the last document I just saw the status has changed from Information Requested to Assessment in Progress, Fingers Crossed, Hope to hear something soon.
