Just have a question that if I leave my job straightaway does it affects my PR, also if i leave does it gonna affect employer's nominations in future as they need to nominate few other people after me for PR, I don't want any one to be in trouble because of this. I would suggest to stay for a while just because company won't start thinking for employee that they will leave as well.
