I click the details of my application on immi account there is a list of documents that have been received by the department. i have noticed that there is one document (police check) status showing as "requested" and the date on that was 27/10/2014.. But my MA did not inform me anything about this..(when we lodged the application, i think we only provide the transaction reference number of police check as it would take 4 weeks to get the actual clearance certificate) Also my spouse's Language ability also shown as "requested" with the date of 27/10/2014.. I think its better to contact your MA also about this, but prepare these requested docs as well and send it to your MA. Sorry, about the nomination, I really dont know, because we applied transition stream so I think this is not applicable to us. Hope someone else answer your query. At first we were aiming for making a 189 application however delays with the skills assessment meant we passed the two year mark of working with our sponsor so decided to change to making a 186 application. We did medicals for my partner and I and his two non-dependent children who live in Portugal, but I didn't do the chest xray as I was pregnant at the time. Our daughter was born in July and we have gotten her passport and added her to our 457 so we're now finally at a point where submission of our 186 application is near. Our problem is that we're not sure how to go about getting a HAP ID for her so she can do a medical. The application on our Immi account that we got our HAP IDs through has already been submitted and I cannot see anywhere that this can be edited. Do we create a new Immi account just for her? Or just create a new application under our current immi account and include my husband as the primary applicant? If we did that would he then have to redo his medical? Apologies for all the questions, haven't been able to find any information online relevant to our situation. Hi all, me again, thought I'd update with info we (finally) received today from our MA as I haven't seen any info on this elsewhere and I'm sure there are others in the same boat. We were advised to complete a new My Health Declaration form using the same Immi account that we completed our original My Health Declaration form through. This time the form only needed to have the primary applicant and our baby on it. The primary applicant doesn't need to redo a medical. Only your employer can check as they would have their own login details. and even if you call immigration they'll say that they arent allowed to disclose that info to you, as only the nominating employer is able to get that info.
