I advised IMMI that my family member were not migrating (correct as they are staying in the uk) but that they were dependant on me (incorrect as they are not dependant on me at all). Thanks PM1111 Here's the detail as follows : MA lodged nomination and our application Direct Entry 11th May CO asked for additional documents regarding nomination and Form80 by 1st of Aug MA sent those documents etc. to CO 22 Aug CO again requested more documents for nomination dated 15th Sep MA submitted those by 25th Sep After that .....waiting n waiting MA advised me not to bother CO. DML Posted October 29, 2014 Share Posted October 29, 2014 My TIMELINE: Visa Type: ENS 186 Agreement stream (NSW Health) Nomination approved: 18/06/2014 Visa application: 18/06/2014 No word yet - as far as we are aware we've submitted everything we need to and have passed medicals and bloods/XRs Others at work who submitted at the same time or after us have heard from COs requesting extra information - we've had no contact and our application shows as "in progress" Phoned immigration a couple of times to be told "its good" that we've heard nothing as it means everything is already submitted Seems others on here who submitted afterwards have also heard and/or had visas granted We naively thought the agreement stream might be quicker but seemingly not - anyone else had experience of the agreement stream?
