When I put the 10 digit numbers in starting V581....(but without the V obviously) it just says incorrect format. It won't let me continue either without completing this section. Unfortunately I can't remember exactly how I figured it out (is there a ? next to the box)! But I can tell you that I entered the 10 numbers followed by the letter at the end, i.e. knocked off the 'V' at the start & the '1' at the end. Hope this helps.
