Suziedoll
Hi all. Any recommendations for an area in Sunshine Coast where I could get a 4 bed house for $450k or less? Has to be a decent area so I understand I may need to go inland a bit. Thanks Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

srh82
Be careful there are some really unsavoury areas .... Beerwah, Glasshouse Mountains (base of), Landsborough are bible-belt and very bogan.... Look at Maleny!

Look at Maleny! .........don't agree.....! .........all areas have parts that are not nice.... .........but Beerwah has recently had lots of upgrading.... .........parts very pretty..... ..........and Maleny and surrounds such as Mountville ,Flaxton etc are unlikely to have homes in the price bracket the OP has stipulated... Marisawright
I'm sure someone has pointed this out, but don't forget you've got to find work as well. Sunshine Coast to Brisbane is not commutable.
calNgary
If you have ever experienced some rough places of the UK no where there is on par, lol,,, I have yet to come across a Mosside or Salford on the Sunny coast,lol.. Search realestate.com with your maximum $$$ entered and you should get a fair whack of homes come up across the Sunshine Coast. Cal x
