australian embassy conducted checks or investigation by their officer through visiting my office for subclass 190 visa but employees of former office could not recognise me by name , as i had another name (but i did not mention on the form 80 ) and most of the emploees of my former office knew me as another name but not the official or name as per passport . Thats why employees of my office could not recognise me and hence case office sent an email through natural justice as subject invitation to comment on bogus document . So help me by providing suggestions or guideline if you have any ideas about the same issues. Thanks Shafiqul islam ( Ripon )

Dear PIO Chatter Box , I could not understand that because we ' bangladeshi people ' dont use nick name anywhere and i asked some of my friends (who are living in Australia) about my nickname during filling in form 80 . They suggested me not to mention that name , as they are unaware . now what should i do in the prevalent situation ??

any suggestions will be accepted happily.

Speak to an agent.

You failed to declare a name by which you were known - I can understand not mentioning a nickname, I didn't put mine on the form, but the name by which you are known in a professional working capacity is NOT a nickname.
