Suzukiscottie
I think I entered my birth certificate serial number in there, but I guess anything will do. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
srh82
Are there any alternatives to providing a birth certificate for proof of identity? I am trying to avoid the hassle of ordering one from the associated Scottish agency. If there is an alternative document that I can provide from my PR application this would save me time. VERYSTORMY
Leave blank. It is for countries which have national ID cards. If you are from the UK you don't.

Well , to name only a few....... Passport Drivers license Boat license Medicare card Bank statements Rental receipts/statement Credit card bill Mortgage statement Council tax/rates bill recent education/qualification certificates I had to order a replacement birth certificate last year from East Ayrshire council. All done over the phone; £10 paid by credit card over the phone, and it was delivered in under a week if i recall correctly.
