I think if he has spent that amount of time in Australia compared to 1 year in England his more entitled to call himself an Australian then English. England is not his home he won't remember England so if he wants to stay in Australia I think he should be allowed to under these circumstances.

I don't even think it comes down to him wanting to stay in Australia, the fact that it could be considered right and just to remove someone from the country he has lived in for 99% of his life is beyond absurd. Poeple talk about the Government we have here but they are liberal in comparison to your lot at the moment.
