England is not his home he won't remember England so if he wants to stay in Australia I think he should be allowed to under these circumstances. I don't even think it comes down to him wanting to stay in Australia, the fact that it could be considered right and just to remove someone from the country he has lived in for 99% of his life is beyond absurd.
