partner visa - police and health checks

Hi everyone,

 

so it is getting close for me to submit my partner 820 visa, however on the document check list it says I need to show evidence of requring a police check and a health check.

 

But I've seen so many people say don't get it until asked to because it could run out or something.

 

What's the best thing to do?

They are only valid for 12 months, so ts best to wait until a Case Officer requests them.

And with my evidence that I have to upload online, do I need to have every single piece stamped and witnessed by a JP (or the witness that I choose) ????

when you apply online there are lists and ? next to each evidence section. It will tell you if you need it to be certified or not. Most don't, birth certificate, stat dec etc. do but itsn ot a lot at all.

Wait...i had to do all mine twice...including my medical... You will be given plenty of time by a case officer..they very human and approachable :-)

For online applications, colour scans do not need to be certified.
