DeniDeni
Hi, I'm in the middle of completing my AHPRA application form, in order to prove my English language ability they are asking for 5 years of f/t equivalent education taught and assessed in English. I have my degree certificate and my academic transcript for my university education for 3 years. I completed a part time course as access to HE, so I'm guessing they don't want that...? But do I need to get a transcript of my GCSE years from my senior school or are my GCSE certificates enough? Thanks
rammygirl
I would think that the certificates are enough combines with your degree. You may still need IELTS though. Hopefully someone who knows more about nursing will be on soon.

xxlornaxx
Why would u need gcses' s? Do u mean to prove English language? U have ielts for that so u don't need any other evidence
Guest
There is no such thing as an academic transcript of GCSE's - you could possible ask the head of your school for a 'reference' stating the dates you attended and the fact you were taught and assessed in English plus your GCSE English certificate. Charlottehill76
Section I page 8 of AHPRA form is asking if I have completed 5 years of full time education taught in english. they ask for tertiary and secondary, tertiary and vocational or a mix of all three. It also states that these must include 2 years of nurse training.
