VERYSTORMY
Most people can apply for pr without waiting two years. All the two years does is remove the need to provide a skills assessment if being sponsored by an employer.
MaggieMay24
After 2 years with the nominating employer, you can apply for PR under the Temporary Residence Transition Stream. You can apply under the Direct Entry Stream at any time. As well, if you are eligible for independent or state-sponsored migration you can apply at any time.
