blossom Posted April 7, 2014 Share Posted April 7, 2014 I used to have one of these when I had a marine fish tank. It isn't the same as the filters you get with fridges. It actually gets rid of most of the water which passes through it along with most of the dissolved solids. They are very slow at actually putting out water and VERY wasteful of water.
