hawkmoon1704
We are doing a recon trip in 2 weeks time and plan on a 3week stay in Brissy. Is it better to change money to AUD here in UK or wait till we get there? Any thoughts on this guys? Thanks.
newjez
I used my credit card, but I got burnt when I got the bill. But equally you get ripped off with the cash rate. I think their are credit cards which are good for traveling. I believe nationwide had a good one. LouDYorkie
We used our credit card mostly as although you get small transaction charges, the interest rate is better than the cash rate so the difference was wiped out really and the credit card was more secure! It would depend on the credit card though....
