Gerquill Posted July 12, 2013 Share Posted July 12, 2013 Hi All, Does anybody know if the changes to 457 visas where you must find another sponsor within 30 days, (condition 8107 I think) of leaving you're sponsor have changed for those of us on 457 visas granted before this July. She just replied today that we all now have 90 days, rather than the 28 days - from 1st July! Enjoy! (Which is good as we are hoping to travel after our work and 4 weeks wasn't going to be enough - we only wanted 6! but 3 months is fine!) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
