Since our plane was delay by a day coming over , we have been hint by bad luck ever since. First our hostel was mite to pick us up in perth airport but when we arrive they said they were to busy , so we got the shuttle bus and cost $40 , which took 2 hours to drop us to the hostel. The hostel cost us $687 for a week for our own room, before we arrived we email them telling them we would have 2 large suitcase, so for some reason the room they kept for us was on the top floor with only stair to get . 3 days later , no sleep and 6 floors later we finally reach our room. We went straight to bed, only to be woken up an hour later by banging and shouting .As the guest spent all night getting wasted , the room next us window got smashed and they was glass all over the hall. That night we got no sleep, we left as soon as we can as the staff didn't care about the noise or trouble that was happening. After spending 2 weeks in Perth , we left for Margaret River , we were advise to by aussie jobs, so we could start our regional work for our 2nd visa. We were told to go to Labour solutions , who told us that they will have 6 months work for us and they got us to sign contacts,but we had to wait to middle of may for the work to start so we did as we were told and waited ,than came middle of may didn't hear anything so we went into them ,they told us work will start next week , we were told this every week till the end of june as we just give up on them . Than we got jobs as cleaners just so we could make a bit of money to live on as our money was running dry . We got offer $22 an hour and promise full time work . We work 1 week and than our boss told us he was going to hols fand will be back in 10days. 1o days turned into 3 weeks and not even a text or phone call form him . Finally 3 weeks later, a text saying he has work for us and that he has been sick for 2 weeks. So back to work we went as we needed the money but he was only give us work to 11 am as he wanted us to finish early as he can so it doesn't have to pay us for a full days work. Than we over heard him on his phone , taking the piss out of us , saying that he hire some cheap staff , that he can get to work when he wants and don't have to pay them full days wages. That was it we refused to return any of his texts or calls. Is it just us or has anybody else get as much bad luck as us ?? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
